Established in 1999, Zhejiang Zhengchang Forging Company limited, located at"Auto and motorcycle parts base of China", "China forging industry base"Rui`an, specialized in manufacturing forged and machined parts for automotive, motorcycle, electrical systems, and other machinery. It has a employee of more than 220 people and among which there are more than 60 technicians and intermediate and senior engineers. The construction area is 11000 square meter with a registration capital of RMB 10.0 million and total capital of RMB 170.0 million. 

      Zhengchang Forging has 8 forging production lines composed of Friction press, digital control electric screw press and hot die forging press with a tonnage from 250 tons to 1600 tons and coning press with tonnage from 40 tons to 1200 tons; And about 20 machining production lines based on NC lathe, NC milling machine, CNC machining center. It also has advanced heat treatment production line such as High frequency quenching machine, Carbonitriding machines. It's annual output of various forgings about10, 000.00 tons and machined parts about 12000000 pieces which are widely used in automotive chassis, engine, suspension, steering transmission system, high, medium and low voltage electrical systems and other mechanical systems

      We own materials testing laboratory、precision measure center and cleanliness test center.The testing cneter be able to do materials testing、hardness testing、microscopic testing、geometry measurementing， The detection equipment is well equipped，such as Spark direct read spectrometer、tensile testing machine、Salt spray test machine、Leica metallurgical analysis apparatus、X-Layer thickness tester、Micro-hardness tester、Brinell hardness tester、Rockwell hardness tester、Zeiss 3d、Mitoyo profilometer、Mitoyo roughness tester、Mitoyo profile inspect machine，And we have obtained ISO10012 system certification and SAIC laboratory certification.
